At SIDEFX, we are constantly on the lookout for fresh, distinctive, and thrilling talents to enrich our expanding portfolio of entertainment. As a prominent global entertainment agency, we collaborate with a wide spectrum of private and corporate clients worldwide, spanning diverse industries. We offer artists an array of captivating and diverse booking opportunities.

Through our agency, artists can secure annual contracts, residencies, and one-time gigs. With established offices in Europe, South America and Asia, along with an extensive network of contacts across the globe, our international presence frequently extends our artists’ performances to exciting new locations. We provide comprehensive logistical support for these international ventures.

Many of our clients are in search of entertainment that has never been witnessed before. As a result, we readily exchange creative briefs and eagerly embrace innovative concepts, urging our artists to evolve their acts and engage in collaborative endeavors with fellow performers. This collaborative spirit drives us to push the boundaries of the entertainment industry and foster its collective growth.

In order to become a part of our roster, you will be required to fill out our Artist Sign Up form. This form will request various details, including photos, videos, and additional information about your performance. After our team reviews your submission, if it meets our criteria, we will proceed to create a dedicated page for you on our website. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your Artist Portal.

Should there be any inquiries about your act or if we require more promotional materials or information, our team may reach out to you before the completion of this process.

While we cannot provide a specific guarantee of the amount of work you will receive, please be assured that we are fully committed to maximizing your opportunities. SIDEFX places a strong emphasis on catering to our clients, and typically, our clients request to review a variety of options in our proposals. Thus, the more we present your act to our clients, the greater the likelihood of securing bookings for you.

It’s important to note that the frequency of bookings can vary widely among the acts on our roster. Some acts are booked only on rare occasions, while others receive over 50 bookings annually. This variation is influenced by several factors, including the demand for your act, your pricing structure, the quality of your promotional materials, your responsiveness in providing quotes, and how well your act aligns with our clients’ specific preferences and needs.

Once your booking with SIDEFX has been confirmed, we will forward a ‘Checking Off’ document to you prior to finalizing the contract. This document allows you to carefully review the event details, ensuring the accuracy of your fee and providing clarity on what is included and excluded from your compensation.

Upon receipt and confirmation of your Checking Off document, we proceed to send a contract and invoice to our client, requesting advance payment. The payment is securely held in a client account until the event has been successfully executed. Our standard payment terms for artists stipulate that compensation will be disbursed 30 days after the completion of the event.
